Challenges Faced

The client has more than 100 different things like computers, screens, and keyboards etc, but they didn’t put labels on them, so it’s hard to know which is which. When someone needs one of these things, they have to send an email to a storage place and wait for permission. All the information about these things is kept in a big spreadsheet, which isn’t very good at keeping track of things. Also, because the company has offices in four different places, it’s even harder to know where everything is. They don’t know how many times they fixed a computer or when its warranty ends. This causes a lot of problems for them.
